Strength
We have been building tilt trays for over 12 years and our
designs are among the strongest in Australia.

Reliability
Our designs have been proven for over 12 years, we only
use quality components, and we are very careful with our
fitouts (all wiring joints soldered, all hoses properly secured),
resulting in less downtime.

Finish
The only job we outsource when we build a tilt tray is the
paint. All trays are sandblasted and painted in 2pack paint,
for a long lasting quality finish.

Hi-Tensile Floors
All trucks 12 ton GVM and over are fitted with bisalloy floors
(the same material excavator buckets, etc. are made out of).
Extremely hard wearing and long lasting.

Scissor Stabilizer
A heavy duty scissor is fitted between the truck chassis and the tilt frame to give stability on uneven ground. This is standard on all trucks 12 ton GVM and over.

Archerfield Engineering Winches
Made in Australia, worm drive, longlasting and reliable.
We also fit a cable tensioner as standard on all our tilt trays.

PTE Hydraulic Cylinders
Made in Australia, built to our specification (most have
oversized rods). No bent rods in 12 years/350 tilt trays.
